Partnership Value Review
What it is
CyBridge Advisors evaluates the value of your membership in an existing information sharing organization or the value of joining or catalyzing one. We focus on practical results, not setup theory. The review is built on eleven essentials (derived from the “Gnarly 9” challenges highlighted in Building a National Cyber Information-Sharing Ecosystem) and can be extended with twelve deeper-dive optional checks.
What you get
A one-page scorecard with strengths, gaps, and a simple overall score
Three to five focused fixes you can start this month
A short readout for leaders—plain language, clear choices
A reusable workbook for future reviews
Return on investment and decision rule
We calculate an annual view of costs and benefits—dues, staff time, tools, travel, and other items—against real outcomes like time saved, reduced outside spend, and acted‑upon items. You get a plain‑language call: continue, adjust, or exit. The decision is tied to measured value and your overall score.
What we check (the eleven essentials)
Partnership purpose and fit
Shared governance and roles
Legal and policy foundations
Sharing labels and trust rules
Privacy and personal data protection
Security of systems and data
Common data language and structure
Reliable exchange methods
Information quality and relevance
Timeliness and cadence
Outcomes, value, and learning (includes return on investment)
How it works
Short intake: a brief call and a simple worksheet
Evidence review: light document and system walkthroughs with both sides
Readout: a clear scorecard, return‑on‑investment view, and a focused action plan
When you want more depth
Add the twelve optional checks—onboarding, triage, notices, playbooks, service levels, training, outreach, tool integration, funding, continuity, and more—to extend the review without slowing you down.
